I offer PT, small group sessions and classes. Whether you’re looking for an introduction into the joys of strength training or focusing on rehabilitation after childbirth, I will work with you to build your confidence and will be your constant cheerleader.
Run Club
TWD Running is a Women’s only run club and there is literally something for everyone – all speeds and abilities. Clubs run all year round and there are various options depending on your level and goals. Between fixed term courses and drop in clubs, you’ll definitely find your stride with us.
Nutrition
I work with a qualified Nutritionist to provide online nutritional challenges and dietary resets to groups of women looking to learn sustainable, long term habits to overhaul their diets. We teach them how to fuel themselves correctly along side getting active and improving their fitness. It is an education of what to eat to ensure you can have a healthy, fun and energetic lifestyle.

Gym’s traditionally aren’t always the most welcoming of places but that is not the case with my gym. It’s about building a community, building women’s confidence and helping to hit those fitness goals in an encouraging, inviting and fun way.

I offer 1:1 PT for women at my studio for anyone looking for a tailor made programme to help you achieve fitness goals through personalised training and expert support.
Whether it’s an introduction into the joys of strength training or focusing on rehabilitation after childbirth, I will work with you to build your confidence and will be your constant cheerleader.
Prices start from £34.50 per session and are sold in blocks of 5 or 10 sessions

I offer a weekly small group sessions to women. With a max of 6 people per group, these sessions are an awesome way of getting the benefits of strength and weight training but in a non judgy setting.
Via a monthly membership, you get access to as weekly sessions to fit your own schedule – choose 1, 2 or 3 per week. There’s early mornings, lunchtime and early evening slots available so something (hopefully) for everyone. Prices start at £52 per month

POST NATAL:
I run a weekly mum and baby class in Worthington Park in Sale every Tuesday at 9.30am. Suitable from 6 weeks post delivery this class with focus on getting back to fitness gently and safely. Get outside, meet new friends and get active
INDOOR CIRCUITS:
Every Wednesday evening I run a Circuit style exercise class in the gym at Sale High School. Suitable for all fitness levels, I mix it up every week and ensure a great workout is had. Sessions are just £6 each and you

A Couch to 5k course over 9 weeks. The power of the group of women you do it with is everything. Intervals increase gently over the weeks to get you up to the 5k distance – and all for just £45

This is the course for when you’ve got yourself to 5k but want to get more confident. An 8 week course to focus your running and consistency to get you to a faster 5k time

A drop in weekly run club at 8pm every Monday. Using various training methods, this class looks to build your endurance, increase your fitness levels and get you running quicker. We do Interval training to increase your current pace, Tempo training to look at speed, Fartlek (speedplay) training to build up your speed and endurance and various other fun methods. I also run some sessions mixing running and toning exercises to build muscle strength and therefore endurance.

An 8 week course to get you to your first medal. We train specifically for local 10k runs using a tried and tested 8 week programme using interval training to get you to that coveted 10k goal.

I run a Half Club to train for the Manchester Half in October. Its an epic club which trains for 12 weeks and you get fully supported to get you to race day. The club has everything – help and advice, long run routes, guided runs, speed sessions, HIIT workouts, expert Q&A’s and access to the renowned afterparty!! Starts in July each year.

Since 2018, I have worked in partnership with Debbie Gallimore who is a registered nutritional therapist who has run her own successful business in Sale since 2012.
We work together to provide nutritional challenges and dietary resets online to groups of women looking to learn sustainable, long term habits to overhaul their diets and teach them how to fuel themselves correctly along side getting active and improving their fitness. It is an education of what to eat to ensure you can have a healthy, fun and energetic lifestyle.
Together we are extremely passionate about women’s health and weight loss and the mix of embedding the right diet and exercise means our two businesses work in perfect synergy.
