Meet Becca

I’m Becca, a mum of 2, wife and founder of These Women Do.

I started the business back in 2016 after being made redundant with a 4-month-old baby. After struggling with life in general postnatally and finding exercise as the best healer, I wanted to help other women who might be in the same place.

What began as “These Mums Do” has evolved into something bigger - because you showed me you’re not just mums, you’re incredible women who happen to be mothers. It has grown into something I never imagined: a thriving community of women supporting each other through every fitness milestone. From complete beginners taking their first steps in our Couch to 5K, to celebrating as runners cross their first half-marathon finish line, to watching women discover their strength in the studio – every journey is different, but the spirit of support remains the same.

I’m a Level 3 Qualified PT and England Athletics Run Leader, but more importantly, I’m the person who believes in you before you believe in yourself.

I decided I wanted to create something different for women - a space where getting stronger didn’t mean giving up wine, where fitness felt like catching up with friends, and where every woman could feel like she belonged.

My APPROACH

Whether you’re joining us for small group training, running clubs, or personal training, you’ll find more than just a workout here. You’ll find your people. Your strength. Your community.

  • No unrealistic expectations or harsh vibes here. We’ll focus on progress, not perfection.

  • Workouts should feel more like a dance party than a drill. With the right moves (and music), you’ll actually enjoy showing up!

  • Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned pro, my space is for everyone.

  • I curate playlists designed to lift your spirits and keep you moving—because what’s a workout without some Beyonce?
