I’ve built more than a gym - I’ve built a community. My goal is to build women’s confidence and help them to hit those fitness goals in an encouraging, inviting and fun way. I want people to do things they never believed they could and find their tribe along the way.

Gym & Classes
I offer PT, small group sessions and classes - but here’s what that really means: you get personal training intensity with community energy, and me as your biggest cheerleader.
Whether you’re looking for an introduction into the joys of strength training, focusing on rehabilitation after childbirth, or ready to discover you’re stronger than you think - I’ll work with you to build your confidence and show you what’s possible.
Max 5 people per group. Personal attention guaranteed. Community support included.
Run Club
TWD Running is a Women’s only run club and there is literally something for everyone – all speeds and abilities. Clubs run all year round and there are various options depending on your level and goals. Between fixed term courses and drop in clubs, you’ll definitely find your stride with us.
Nutrition
Working alongside qualified Nutritionist Debbie Gallimore, I provide online nutritional challenges and dietary resets to groups of women looking to create lasting change.
We focus on sustainable, long-term habits that work with your real life - teaching you how to fuel yourself correctly alongside getting active and improving your fitness. It’s education for a healthy, fun and energetic lifestyle.

MEET YOUR TRAINER
Hi, I’m Becca…!
I’m Becca, a mum of 2, wife and founder of These Women Do.
I started the business back in 2016 after being made redundant with a 4-month-old baby. After struggling with life in general postnatally and finding exercise as the best healer, I wanted to help other women who might be in the same place.
What began as “These Mums Do” has evolved into something bigger - because you showed me you’re not just mums, you’re incredible women who happen to be mothers.
I’m a Level 3 Qualified PT and England Athletics Run Leader, but more importantly, I’m the person who believes in you before you believe in yourself.
I decided I wanted to create something different for women - a space where getting stronger didn’t mean giving up wine, where fitness felt like catching up with friends, and where every woman could feel like she belonged.
