New Look, New Feel, Same Me: Welcome to These Women Do

It’s been far too long since I’ve written a blog post, but what better time to dust off the keyboard than to share something this exciting…

The last few months have been INTENSE.

Juggling summer holidays with Harry and Chloe, keeping my amazing Sale community happy with classes and run clubs, AND secretly working on the biggest change in my 9-year history? Let’s just say wine o’clock became am even realer thing than normal! 🍷

But here we are - new name, new look, same me - and I am SO excited to officially welcome you to These Women Do.

And the timing? I’m launching this rebrand on my 9th business birthday! How perfect is that?

The Journey to Get Here

If you’ve been following along over the last few weeks, you’ll know I’ve been talking about evolution. And honestly? This rebrand has been months in the making with so many moving parts I lost count.

New website, new colours, new messaging, new everything… all while trying to keep the secret from you lot (which, let’s be honest, nearly killed me because I’m terrible at keeping quiet!).

But the hardest part? Making sure we got it RIGHT. Because this isn’t just a name change - it’s about honouring who you’ve all become over these 9 incredible years.

From These Mums Do to These Women Do

When I started in Worthington Park back in 2016 with a group of new mums, “These Mums Do” made perfect sense. We were mums who wanted to do something for ourselves, to get active, to connect.

But over 9 years in Sale, watching you all grow and evolve? You’ve shown me something incredible.

You’re not just mums. You’re women who happen to be mothers.

You’re women who prioritise your health. Who show up for yourselves. Who prove that age is just a number. Who redefine what’s possible every single day in our Sale studio and on our local running routes.

You’re WOMEN who DO incredible things.

9 Years of Evolution

From those early Worthington Park days to our Sale studio opening in 2023, it’s been quite the journey. BBC appearances, Sky Sports features, even a Manchester billboard - but the real magic has always been right here in Sale with all of you.

Lucy’s journey from postnatal classes to Manchester Half Marathon. Sarah sticking with fitness longer than she ever has. The countless transformations I’ve witnessed right here in Sale.

These Women Do represents everything we’ve grown into over these 9 years.

What Stays the Same

Don’t worry - I’m still the same Becca! Still love wine, still overshare about the kids, still believe in you before you believe in yourself, and still think the best part of any workout is the chat afterwards.

Our Sale studio is still your home. Run club still meets at the same spots. Small group training is still max 5 people because you deserve personal attention. And yes, we still love any excuse for a social event!

The heart of what we do - helping Sale women feel strong, confident, and part of something special - that remains exactly the same.

What’s New

Fresh colours, new website, and a name that better reflects the powerhouse women you all are. Plus some exciting things in the pipeline that I can’t wait to share with you…

These Women Do represents everything we’ve always been, just with the recognition you deserve.

I Couldn’t Have Done This Alone

Jeez, I want to give a massive shout out to the incredible team that helped me make this happen:

Anna for overall strategic direction and cheerleading support (honestly, she believed in this vision before I did!)

Mia for my new branding - I absolutely LOVE it!

Abi for the new videos that you’ll be seeing loads more of on socials

Sophie for the website - please check it out and share it if you know any other local Sale women who might like it

And the biggest shout out to all my amazing clients who’ve supported this journey. You’ve been so patient with my terrible secret-keeping and excitement levels!

I feel super proud of what we’ve achieved together, and I think it’s very me - which is exactly what I wanted.

I’d Love to Hear What You Think

This evolution has been such a labour of love, and I’m genuinely excited (and slightly nervous!) to hear your thoughts. Whether you’ve been with us since the Worthington Park days or you’re new to our Sale community, I’d love to know what you think about the new look.

Drop me a comment, catch me after class, or let me know when you see me around Sale. Your opinion matters more than you know!

Here’s to the next chapter of our Sale fitness community - These Women Do! 💪
